Cancellation Policy

• To receive a make up lesson or a credit for a lesson you must cancel your lesson by 6 p.m. the day before your lesson.
• One hour students- Same as above, you will be charged for the first half hour of your lesson.
• Lesson cancellations are limited to one per month except during the summer months and during the Christmas holidays.
• Please be on time for your lesson. Lesson time will not be extended due to tardiness.
• Failure to show up for lessons or make lesson payments in a timely manner may result in the loss of your time slot.
